Dr. Obaeda Harfoush is a board-certified physician, medical device inventor, and healthcare technology entrepreneur operating at the intersection of clinical medicine, biomedical engineering, and venture development. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Damascus School of Medicine, developing an early commitment to advancing patient care standards in resource-constrained environments.

He subsequently completed his Internal Medicine residency and specialized fellowship training in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Marshall University in the United States, completing his fellowship in 2013. Driven by an intuitive engineering mindset alongside over a decade of high-acuity clinical practice, Dr. Harfoush evaluated medical equipment, prototype functionality, and human-device interactions in intensive care and pulmonary settings.

His practical contributions and detailed feedback to medical technology manufacturers regarding usability, ergonomics, and workflow efficiency ultimately catalyzed his shift from evaluating existing tools to inventing novel solutions. In 2024, Dr. Harfoush filed a foundational patent for a novel medical device designed to solve critical, unaddressed challenges in pulmonary care delivery.

Recognizing that clinical innovation requires cross-disciplinary integration, he founded his medical technology venture to bridge clinical needs, engineering execution, regulatory strategy, and commercial development. As Founder and CEO, Dr. Harfoush directs the company’s strategic trajectory, intellectual property expansion, and multidisciplinary team leadership to bring transformative, clinically validated technologies to global healthcare markets.

Dr. Layla Tannoury is an executive leader, healthcare administrator, clinical trial specialist, and strategic advisor operating at the intersection of clinical research, health economics, higher education governance, and industrial operations.

She earned her PhD in Business Administration and Public Health Administration (specializing in Strategic Management and Health Economics) from the University of Banking and Financial Sciences in Jordan, alongside a Master of Public Health (MPH) and pre-medical science degrees from the American University of Beirut.

Combining extensive clinical oversight with strategic operational management, Dr. Tannoury currently serves as an Oncology Clinical Research Specialist at WVU Medicine (Camden Clark Medical Center). In this role, she oversees a portfolio of 44 clinical trial protocols across solid tumors and hematologic malignancies, ensuring strict regulatory compliance, data integrity, and protocol execution. Her prior administrative leadership spans senior hospital management, directorship roles at the Lebanese University, and industrial strategy consulting in partnership with international organizations such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

As Co-Founder and COO, Dr. Tannoury directs global operational strategy, organizational performance, regulatory governance, and cross-functional deployment to bridge clinical innovation, business strategy, and scalable device commercialization.

Dr. Richard Sadaka is a corporate finance strategist, econometrician, and university professor with over 18 years of cross-sector leadership spanning enterprise restructuring, quantitative modeling, capital allocation, and academic research. As Chief Financial Officer, Dr. Sadaka steers corporate financial strategy, balance sheet optimization, risk governance, and capital modeling to drive sustainable growth and investor alignment.

Throughout his corporate and banking career—including roles as Chief Operating Officer in manufacturing and Head of Operations in commercial banking—Dr. Sadaka has spearheaded corporate entity transformations, process mapping, internal audit controls, and multi-scenario financial modeling for major industrial, waste-to-energy, and USAID-backed development initiatives. His core financial expertise bridges feasibility assessment, SME credit underwriting, international trade finance, and strict regulatory compliance (AML/FATCA).

In parallel with his executive role, Dr. Sadaka serves as an Assistant Professor at Université Saint-Joseph and the Lebanese University, lecturing at undergraduate and graduate levels in business, econometrics, and quantitative analysis since 2015. Recognized for his methodological expertise, he serves as an official doctoral defense jury member at the Doctoral School of Law, Political, Administrative, and Economic Sciences at the Lebanese University.

An active researcher, Dr. Sadaka has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications across corporate social responsibility in banking, crisis economics, organizational psychology, and advanced bio-statistical survival modeling for medical cohort studies. He holds a PhD in Business Administration from the Lebanese University, as well as an MS and BA in Finance from Holy Spirit University.
